"Emplacement au top à 100 m du Palais Brongniard pour cet appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Lit confortable et chambre calme donnnant sur la cour. Trés bon accueil d'Igal qui m'a accueilli chaleureusement malgré mon heure tardive et a su répondre à mes demandes. Je recommande vivement."

"Ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Apartment was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with everything we needed. Communication and access all good throughout."

"The only downside for two friends sharing was that to access bathroom at night the guest on the sofa bed had to go through the main bedroom. Otherwise all perfect."

"Excellent location. As you exit the building there are shops and restaurants. Easy to walk everywhere. Taxi stands are all close by if you need to go a bit further. There is a washer in unit, so that was a bonus."

"We really enjoyed our stay as a family (3 people) in Rue Montmartre! The apartment is in a real Parisian residence, was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and AC. The bathroom situation is also good - even if there is only a curtain. (But you can close the door to the livingroom/kitchen whenever you need...) The flat is perfectly located: you open the door and Paris is there :-) - Restaurants, Cafés, Boulangerie... whatever you need to be in Paris! You have two metro stations in some minutes walks (Grand Boulevards, Bourse) and a lively neighbourhood!"

"Very nice apartment, good location. Very clean, modern, perfectly equipped kitchen. Nespresso machine. Comfy bed in bedroom, sofa big, but not really comfotable to sleep. There is many restaurant and shops around. Metro just few steps from apt."

"Problem is with privacy- bedroom is connected with bathroom. There is only tiny window for bedroom and bathroom leading to the inneryard."
